    Hill Repetitions @ TB Hill

    It was pouring very heavily in the afternoon.. lucky the rain stopped and we can proceed with the hill intervals.. :) Our Beau Tonglin is back with us today.. sunshine after the rain :D We did a short 3km warmup run from Henderson Rd- Telok Blangah Way and Telok Blangah Heights..

    We gathered at the usual start pt of the TB hill.. Ricci, Derrick and Kumaran were very eager on chionging e loops.. haha it's always fun to see them joke and challenging one another in teasing way.. :D

    We have to do 6 sets of 1km loop ard TB hill. the following are my timings for the training.. felt quite shiong throughout the sets.. was panting quite hard.. mindset is very impt to last me thru the rds..

    1st Set : 4:34:82

    2nd Set : 4:48:94

    3rd Set : 4:48:10

    4th Set : Legs jellied after i just passed the 1st carpark.. Stop and walk back to start pt.

    5th Set : 4:48:08

    6th Set : 4:50:06
