    TB Hill loops

    Missed tuesdae trainin due to shoes' collection.. Today's training is @ TB hill.. 1.1km loops including carpark.. our trainer jimmy is injured due to his sprained ankle.. so he helped us to take timing.. thkq :D

    MF Loops

    Did a short warmup run up from Morse road to the MF loop carpark. Did 4.5 loops today and a set of stairs in 3:02 ..

    Loop 1 - 10:23:69
    Loop 2 - 10:55:27
    Loop 3 - 10:52:85
    Loop 4 - 6:22:76 (till the stairs oni)

    Stadium workout

    Today's training is at Queenstown stadium.. did a 4km easy pace to save some energy for the workout.. did 3 sets of 800m and 1 set of 400m..

    1st Set - 3:44:49 (1:50:18, 1:54:31)
    2nd set - 3:35:69 (1:43:64, 1:52:05)
    3rd Set - 3:49:65 (1:49:43, 2:00:22)
    4th Set - 1:39:98

    Stadium workout

    Finally the rain stopped... Went for a quick workout with dear to burn off some calories accumulated yesdae.. :P.. Did 6 rds of 400m today.. 1:56:49, 1:43:90, 1:40:89, 1:42:46, 1:41:79, 1:38:07

    Rush off for a dinner appt.. so paisey to be late for an hr.. So sorry... :">

    MF 10km

    Wore my nimbus today.. dunno is my leg too heavy or the shoe too heavy.. my leg just can't move forward.. very out of rythm with my nimbus.. much more effort put in to run than last time.. only manage to complete in 1:04.. OMG!!

    TB Hill Workout

    Dear introduced a new workout today.. to run 1.5km ard TB Hill.. but ending part is the long steep slope to TB carpark.. wow really very tough.. by the time i went up the 2nd time.. my legs already protesting.. oni managed to do 3 sets.. mindset very weak.. derrick advise me to be stronger in mindset.. yap totally agree.. really very slack.. 8-X.. 8:08:27, 8:45:74: 9:03:76
