    TB Hill Workout

    Dear introduced a new workout today.. to run 1.5km ard TB Hill.. but ending part is the long steep slope to TB carpark.. wow really very tough.. by the time i went up the 2nd time.. my legs already protesting.. oni managed to do 3 sets.. mindset very weak.. derrick advise me to be stronger in mindset.. yap totally agree.. really very slack.. 8-X.. 8:08:27, 8:45:74: 9:03:76
