    Stadium workout

    Today's training is at Queenstown stadium.. did a 4km easy pace to save some energy for the workout.. did 3 sets of 800m and 1 set of 400m..

    1st Set - 3:44:49 (1:50:18, 1:54:31)
    2nd set - 3:35:69 (1:43:64, 1:52:05)
    3rd Set - 3:49:65 (1:49:43, 2:00:22)
    4th Set - 1:39:98
