    Oni 1km

    Planned to do gym then followed by swim.. but my legs are really itchy to go for running.. so after doing the stregthening exercises, i headed out for the 5km route.. I had not been running for abt 1 wk.. it was easy for the start.. i was very cautious n went quite slow.. but the tight feelign came back after 2km.. argh so irritated by it.. i looked at my watch.. 16mins.. i stopped n stretch b4 moving on.. it didn't last long b4 i have to stop again.. for the remaining journey back to club, i stop n stretch for many times.. took me in total 50 mins to complete the whole distance.. :(
