Labrador
We are tapering down the distance for the D day next sun.. Today we will be doing the 2nd 10km run for the wk.. Club-Two loops in Labrador park n back to club..
Adam, David, Lok, Cm, Yean and I were stopped by the traffic at Alexandra junction while the earlier group managed to cross the traffic in time.. David and I paced one another in Labrador park.. at the 2nd loop, I tried to closen the distance with Adam and ran with him for a distance before he sped off along the way out to PSA.. had a hard time trying to keep up with him.. haha David was just slightly behind us..
We saw Michael, Waifung n Enghwa at the junction of Alexandra road, on their way to Labrador park .. I went easy on the route back to club as Adam sped up even faster.. got no more energy to keep up with him.. hahaha..
