TB Hill Reps
Dear n I were back to club after our mini-HM to Bintan.. had a few good days of resting after the big event :D Haven't been running for >1 wk.. mileage:0km since last wed... planning to go easy today n get back to running :) was having a hard time doing the hill reps.. physically was not as fit.. managed to struggle thru 5 sets n called it a day ..
