    TB hill Intervals

    We did a short warm up run to TB hill carpark n dear briefed us on todays training program. An hr of OTOT loops around TB hill. I followed Peter->KK for the 1st 2 laps.. was still feeling ok.. until the mid of 3rd lap.. my speed slowed down tremendously n i felt something is very wrong.. really dragged myself up the 2nd upslope at henderson waves n all the way down to the toilet.. vomitted 3 times.. guessed i overran n my body still not fit enuff for the speed yet..

    Swimming

    Went for a swim today.. did 20 laps in MF pool.. took abt 30mins.. :P

    Labrador

    Joined Cm, Shirley n Dora today.. Cm suggested to run to Labrador.. the same route distance as last thurs. quite tired today as whole day have been scrapping the uneven walls at my new place.. whole body was aching.. quite a good run to relieve the achiness.. guided Dora back to club while Cm n shirley did additonal 4 loops..
