    TB hill Intervals

    We did a short warm up run to TB hill carpark n dear briefed us on todays training program. An hr of OTOT loops around TB hill. I followed Peter->KK for the 1st 2 laps.. was still feeling ok.. until the mid of 3rd lap.. my speed slowed down tremendously n i felt something is very wrong.. really dragged myself up the 2nd upslope at henderson waves n all the way down to the toilet.. vomitted 3 times.. guessed i overran n my body still not fit enuff for the speed yet..
