    Labrador Hill Loops

    Oni manage to do 3 loops.. 1st 2 loops till quite ok.. 3rd loop walked up halfway of the slope.. is my mental really tt weak? just can't lift my legs up like i did for the 1st 2 loops.. n my breathing was terrible... 1st loop in 8:29:10, 2nd loop 9:40:67, 3rd loop 11:28:72.. terrible timing..

    ran back to club with Alan and angela.. push myself up the henderson slope tho..

    signed up for the AHM today too.. haven joined in this run for the previous 2 yrs.. time to do it again with a brand new start ;)
