    Queenstown Track Intervals

    Our doc, Adrian joined us today! We gathered at the lobby as Dear will briefed us on the details of today track intervals when we reached the stadium :) As usual, we did a 4km warm up run to Queenstown.

    Today track is 1 set of 1.6km followed by 5 sets of 800m.

    1st Set -- 1.6km : 7:35:30
    1st Lap -- 1:59:60
    2nd Lap -- 1:55:70
    3rd Lap -- 1:51:20
    4th Lap -- 1:48:80

    2nd Set -- 800m : 3:38:50
    1st Lap -- 1:49:60
    2nd Lap -- 1:48:90

    3rd Set -- missed it as my polar watch resetted just when i start..

    4th Set -- 800m : 3:38:30
    1st Lap -- 1:47:80
    2nd Lap -- 1:50:50

    5th Set -- 400m : 1:38:20
    Changed to do 400m for the last 2 sets.. legs jellied..

    6th Set -- 400m : 1:39:20

    Din tong pang CJ's car this time.. haven run back to club after track intervals for a long time.. gonna start to do recovery run back..
