    Labrador - 800m

    Did a 4km warm-up run to labrador park.. Trainer Jimmy briefed us on today's training .. Intervals: 5 sets of 800m.. Increased my pace gradually through the loops with more effort put in per loop..

    Set 3- 3:57:94
    Set 4- 3:54:01
    Set 5- 3:52:28
