Portsdown-BV

Pace was conservative at the beginning to portsdown.. being able to maintain my pace n breathing is my key target today.. as i reached BV, still feeling good n increased my pace.. followed behind Amelia till Queenstown as she went for a toilet break.. managed to dash across the traffic junction with derrick in time before the traffic turned green.. haha got warning from CM for dangerous crossing.. ;P

can't catch up with cm at all.. too fast.. managed to catch up with Liping n Henry along depot road.. guessed i did a record for this route today.. cool!
