2nd sneaky run - 4km

Was tied up with work n reach club ard 7pm.. the grp had already started off... did a 4km today.. felt much better than tuesday.. took abt 26mins to reach mid of TB rise b4 dear caught up with me at his 2nd loop.. walked back to club
