    Helped dear to do timing.. managed to run 2 sets of 800m.. 4:00:32, 3:47:30.. supposed to do workout on fri.. but run was cancelled due to heavy rain..

    Haven ran this route for quite sometime.. very tough at the steep slope.. panting and trying hard to catch my breath.. stopped twice by the traffic junction.. managed to finish in 59:40.. *lots of sweat*
