    Labrador-Mt Faber

Ong and I were on half day today... We reached club quite early and were surprised to see Anton outside the Gym... as he was still recovering from his ITBS... i caught sight of his pat strap tied above his knee.. he would be doing a short run to try out his pat strap :D

Today is hill training.... we are required to run up the slopes to Labrador park, do a loop then head to Mt Faber and do 2 loops.... and then back to club... I started off with my usual pace.. along depot road, i noticed that the sky getting to turn dark.. it was oni 645pm... and i realised that the sunrise also getting earlier nowadays... At the junction to Labrador park, Anton headed back to the club where the rest of us waited for the green man... i checked my watch.. it was abt 17mins.... I panted as I went up the slope, took a quick drink at the water cooler and ran down the slope into Labrador park... Alan and Ong ran out from the park when i just reached.... Cm and I did the opposite loop.. Derick and Mr Foo did extra rounds in the park... I did 1 loop and completed the 1st hill... gg for my 2nd hill.. Mt Faber... Colleen decided not to do Mt Faber and headed back to club from Henderson road.. haha abit tempted to join her.. but was pulled by cm to do MF... halfway thru the slope.. i was panting real hard.. about 100m from the junction, I could felt tt my legs couldn't move anymore... I stopped and walk-a-jog all the way up to the peak.. cm was quite surprised.. actually I was too.... but i couldn't gathered myself to run due to the incident in the morning.... was quite low mood the whole day... I slow jogged back to club.. the front part of the run was quite ok.. the ending was quite bad for me...

Nice Cool Run to Jalan Kayu/Fernvale

Ong and I arrived at Yishun Stadium at around 6:35am... We changed to our gear and met up with Anthony and Wong.. Kumaran arrived shortly after in cab.. Colleen called me and told me tt she and Adam will be slightly late... they arrived at Yishun carpark.. we started our run at ard 7.15am.. :)

The weather was nice and cooling.. I could feel the cool breeze as we headed towards lower seletar reservior... Ong set a slow pace of 6min/km... hahah as usual.. Kumaran led in front.. but was held back at few pts as he was new to the route... we reached the 5km mark in abt 30mins.. I was quite comfortable with the pace.. then we ran past Seletar country club and then the outskirts of the Seletar basecamp... the group waited for me at the entrance of the Seletar bascamp.. before we headed towards Jalan Kayu together.. we past by the famous Roti Prata shop.. did a loop at Fernvale estate and headed back.. we stopped at the petrol kiosk for a short water and toilet break.. I hydrated myself with some 100 plus and we moved on... we turned in to Seletar basecamp.. there was no shade inside the camp... luckily it was quite cloudy... we stopped for another short water break at Seletar Dam.. i was feeling abit tired and slowed down my pace a little... i could see the rest getting further away from me.. Ong companied all the way back and we caught up with Adam at the last traffic junction before reaching Yishun Stadium... I did some cool down stretching and had my refreshing drink of 100 plus with compliments from Kumaran and Adam... :D

It was a nice Sunday run for me :D Anthony headed back home after the run.. for the rest of us, we had our shower and went to Jalan Kayu to enjoy our Prata brunch :D

    Speedwork @ Queenstown

Quite a few regulars din turn up today.. we started promptly at 6.45pm.. and reached Queenstown Stadium in about 24mins... we were quite surprise to see Alan.. he had already done some warm up laps.. once everyone had gathered, without any further delay, we started with our speed session.. 7 sets of 800m... according to the training program, the intensity will gradually increase as to prepare ourselves for the coming marathon...

This time round, I tried something different from my usual running style... I tried kicking my leg high and keep my posture straight.... this naturally increased my speed and opened up my stride... for the 1st 2 sets, I din felt much strain in my breathing after each set.. not panting as hard.. during the 3rd and 4th set, i could feel the strain on my thighs.. and my legs getting tired... need to use more energy than the 1st 2 sets... and my breathing also much harder... when Ong called the 1st grp to run the 5th set... i was still catching my breathe... i tried to run in the same pace as the 1st 4 sets... when i past 200m, i could feel that i am breathless and my legs automatically slowed down very quickly... i ran to the side of the track and breathe real hard to stabilise... and coughed real hard.. tho I din complete the full 7 sets, i am overall quite satisfied as i did 20 secs faster than my previous few speedwork and able to maintain consistent for the 4 sets I did... even Ong is amazed when he read the timing from his watch.. :)

    1st set -- 3:44:93
    Lap 1 -- 1:53:15
    Lap 2 -- 1:51:78

    2nd set -- 3:45:38

    3rd set -- 3:45:47
    Lap 1 -- 1:49:45
    Lap 2 -- 1:58:02

    4th set -- 3:48:38
    Lap 1 -- 1:50:75
    Lap 2 -- 1:57:63

Shagged out run to Marina Promenade

I was feeling quite tired today.. must be due to the insufficient amount of sleep accumulated since AHM... over the wkend, my hubby and I went over to KL to attend a good friend wedding... haven seen her for ages.... so happy to see her 'chu jia' :D

My last run was last thursday... so today must run to burn the calories accumulated over the wkend.. We started off the usual route towards Esplanade... when we reached Beo crescent, we crossed the junction and ran in to the park connector.. all the way towards Zion Road... through Zion HDB estate and then to Zouk... I started to feel quite tired as I ran on.. Adam, Yean, Sok Hwa and Chua was getting further ahead of me... I reached Esplanade in about 40mins... tho almost the same time I did last time round.. but i felt worn-out.. i took a quick break and continued on to Marina Promenade... I saw Yean's group were already a distance ahead and was running all alone.. i met them at the 2nd bridge... they had U-turned back before reaching the 2nd toilet.. i ran abit further down after the 2nd bridge and felt abit unease as it was quite dark and no one seem to be ahead.. i checked my watch.. already 55mins... i decided to make a U-turn.. and saw Bernard and CJ.. soon it started to drizzle.. kinda refreshing.. but i worried that it might pour heavily.. i tried to run abit faster.. but i was quite drained out by now.. the distance was still quite far away.... by the time i reach Beo crescent... i got to drag myself back all the way to club... this was one of the most tiring run i ever did... i took almost 1 hr 48 mins to complete the whole run... the longest i ever did in a wkly nite run.. abt 17km....

    Kent Ridge Park

Menu for today is 2 loops in Kent Ridge park followed by a Mooncake dinner at CM place :) We started off at around 6:50pm.. When I past DSTA, I saw Ong and Kumaran already at the other end of the slope.... I did a warm up pace and ran with Yean, Cm, Melvin and Colleen... :)

At the AIA junction, I followed Colleen, Wong, Jerry and Sok Hwa and crossed the road with the rest following suit.. I ran in Portsdown in the usual route with Sok Hwa, Chua and Eng Hwa.. while Wong Colleen, Jerry ran in thru another route... reaching the railway track, we realised that some maintenace seem to be going on.... as we almost have to climb over the track... contantly, i reminded myself to keep a staight posture as I din realise that I ran with a hunch back until I saw my picture taken during the NB trial.. Adam and Yean joined us at the traffic junction to Science Park and saw Wee Haur... We ran up the longer slope and saw Ong, Alan, Derrick and Kumaran... they were going for their 2nd round.... I saw Anthony followed by Akira, Melvin and Bernard on my way down for another loop... on the 2nd loop up, i am already a distance away from Eng Hwa they all.. and I was panting hard.. my steps so small tt I felt I am almost walking.... but glad to reach the peak.. as I ran towards the other park, I realised some birds were flying in high speed over my head.. only after the run then I knew they were BATS!! cos one of them dashed to Ong's chest and drop on the floor.. *gosh* :o

I joined the rest at the other park and took a short break to recover my breathing.. i missed out that water point as had to walk a distance away and most of them have came back from the toilet break... soon we gethered together and headed back to the club... by the time I reached Pasir Panjiang road.. i could felt the dryness of my lips and throat.. I need water... but I am already the last runner.. hence I din stop over at the Caltex Kiosk... I ran on.. then Wong overtook me from behind.. alamak.. he must had went for the water break... aiyah shld have gone too.. tot all had ran ahead... I managed to close up the distance with Yean group and crossed the junction with them... told Wong and Yuen that I needed water badly.. and I stopped over for a super quick water break.. i felt recharged from the drink.... and we ran at a much faster pace back and caught up with Yean group...

After the shower, we had a great Mooncake dinner and get together session at Cm's place... I enjoyed a nice share of Curry chicken with bread and many other dishes.. hehe yummy yummy :D

Hill Repetitions @ Telok Blangah Hill

I was abit late today... reached club at around 6.40pm... I quickly change and met up the rest at the lobby... Wow we have a big turnout today...about 22 in total... quite surprise cos today's training is speedwork... We have a new member from Sgrunners, Bernard.. Laichee and Derrick also joined us today =)

We ran at a jogging pace towards Telok Blangah Hill and went up from T.Blangah Heights... After a short rest, Ong gathered all for the start of the Speedwork... there will be 6 sets and each set is 1km.... target time is to do a 5min/km pace.... we were split into 2 groups... those who did below 2hrs for AHM will be allocated in the 2nd group... between each set will have 2 mins rest interval...

For the 1st 3 sets, I managed to maintain close to 5min pace.... and gave whatever I could... At the 4th set, I could feel the stitch halfway up the slope of the small hill and I started to feel abit dizzy... I slowed down my pace a little and breathe hard to catch back my breathing... For the 5th set, I started off slower.. just maintained my speed as I ran up the slope and recover my breathing as I ran down slope... my pace was slower than the earlier sets... I gave the last set a miss as I knew my body had enough for the day...

    1st Set : 5:11:18
    2nd Set : 4:57:48

I did my PB in AHM!!! Hurray!!!

I went for a movie gathering, "Marathon" and dinner with some club members yesterday... and slept around 11pm... My sleep was disturbed by my bad cough.. I woke up a couple of times and the last time caused me to cough out some of the food I had taken over dinner....

It was 3.30am... time to wash up and get ready for the AHM... Ong and I each took a cup of cereal and a piece of bread.. we left home at about 4.40am.. we managed to get a cab and picked up Kumaran along the way.. there was a bad jam as we approached Raffles City and caught sight of Wong walking towards Padang.. we dropped off @ the busstop before Esplanade.. my clock showed 5.15am.... there was a roaring crowd with more than half are Army guys... we met up with Wong, Akira and Colleen.. there was a long queue of ppl at the Bagage center.. lucky we din bring any bags along... as we moved towards the start pt, we caught up with Anthony and 2 sgrunners, Balasing and Chris and our club members Cm, Yean, Adam, Lee, Alan... the bridge was buzzing with enthusiatic runners... 2mins to go.. we moved even nearer the start pt... as we crossed a yellow barrier...

The Race started at 5.45am sharp.. I could hear a long buzzing sound as many runners passed through the gantry... when i reached Neptune, i got an urge to go to the toilet.. i tried to bear with it and ran at a easy pace... then i saw alot of male runners running into the bushes opposite of Lao Pa Sa.. they are relieving themselves.. arrrghhhh.. tt's the disadvantage of ladies.. soon I passed the 1km mark.. i took a quick glance at my watch.. 6.41min passed.. got to increase my pace a little... Chairman and Adam overtook me and I cheered them to enjoy their run... :D alot of runners also overtook me.. but i reminded my self to be patient... cho cho li... cho cho li... haha applied wat I watched in the "Marathon" korean movie...

Just before the exit to ECP, I got to slow down and squeeze through the single lane to the main road... got the feeling that I was flowing from a narrow stream to a main stream.. once out onto the road, it was more spacious.. each runner have their own comfortable running area... my urge getting stronger and I am trying hard not to think of it... halfway up the slope, i was thinking.. why i want to run.. it is so xin1 ku1... i dun dare to peep at my watch as i passed through the km markers... worried that I might feel pressure... alamak.. i seem to get alot og negative thoughts at the start of the run... not healthy.. must switch mode.... :o

I overtook May of TP before the down slope of Sheares Bridge and soon saw a sign board "Hot Babes Ahead" alamak.. they forgot about female runners arh... I gave the Pits stop a miss and past the 6km mark... my mind is "toilet toilet toilet!!" almost wanted to jump into the bush already... *desperate* As I turned in to the entrance of East Coast Park, I saw the top runners racing out.. wow abt 5km ahead of me!! I wetted my lips at the 7km mark water pt... shortly after a 2nd gantry of the 8km mark... i caught sight of a TOILET! i ran straight in.. really felt much much better and able to concentrate on my run...my watch clocked 48mins....near the 9km mark, I saw alot of runners at the opposite side.. can't wait for my turn to be there too.. hehe... I saw Lee and Yuen at the U turn water point.. I took a small cup of Gatorade and had my U turn... and passed through the 3rd gantry... Jimmy ran past me and Lee went ahead to catch up.. I start to feel some groaning in my tummy... the 1st thing tt strike me was... maybe not suitable for me to take Gatorade.. i quickly ran for a cup of plain water to the next water point.. and felt much better...

Not knowing how much time have past so far.. 11km, 12km, 13km, 14km markers past... i ran in pace with a lady runner and manage to keep sign of Lee just slightly ahead of me... my breathing and legs still feeling good... at the water point @ indoor stadium, i took a quick drink and ran on.. I caught up with Adam shortly after at the 15km mark.. I ran past the PA and reached Kallang Park... 4km more to go... I passed the Nicoll Highway Bridge and ran into Kallang Park and Ritz Carlton is jsut ahead..... Chin and Lee caught up with me and I also saw Mariah... At 18km, I overheard some army guys said 1hr50mins... 3km more.. i should be able to do in 20 mins... suddenly, I heard someone calling for me.. it's Eng Hwa, she cheered me on.. and asked me to follow her pace... but she was simply to fast for me.. and my energy was running low already... I asked her to go ahead and Lee was just in front... She was very encouraging and cheered me on all the way at my last km.. as i ran past the 600m, 500m, 400m mark.. i was draining out real fast.... after the big U turn at the cricket club, Eng Hwa said just a bit more and I saw the official time.. wow 2:08:07.. i got chance to break my PB... I dashed through the Finish line @ 2:09:19

Ong came up and placed the medal over me.. the feeling was marvellous.. to stop running was at the very back of my mind..... but i was speechless as I trying to catch my breathe.. Cm, Anthony, Colleen were also there to congratulate me... Gave Eng Hwa a big Thank You.. without her.. i wun be able to break my PB. I gulped 2 bottles of Gatorade after that.. and stayed on to congratulate our runners coming in.... After the run, we went for a sumptuous breakfast at Raffles City Cartel with the whole group of members... =)

After the run, Ong told me that his Polar watch detected 22.2km... think our fellow runner, Chris watch also detected the same distance.... hmm not sure if the AHM is really 21.1km..

    Weekly Run: Canterbury - Labrador

Today is the last run before this sunday AHM... I started with an easy pace.. not wanting to overstrain or injure my leg before the race... it's been sometime since i last ran this route.. As usual, the frontiers were well ahead of us when we reached Alexandra.. I crossed the junction with Cm, Colleen, Yean, Adam, Andre, Jimmy Tan, Sok Hwa, Chua and Lee... when I ran in to Canterbury, I could feel my breathing getting heavier as I ran with Chua, Lee and Jimmy.. as I ran into Wincester loop, I saw Cm and Yean running in the opposite direction.. they skipped the smaller loop earlier as Yean wanted to taper off for the AHM.. soon my pace and breathing got heavier as I exited from Canterbury to Alexandra... my energy level seem to run low at a tremendous speed... I could hear the heavy steps and Andre overtook me and went ahead to join Colleen... I was dragging my feet and got the urge to do a shorter route instead.. but I knew I couldn't.. keep telling myself.. be strong in mind... else this will greatly affect my run in sunday.. I might not be strong mentally to complete... before I realised it, I caught up with the rest at the junction to Labrador...

Halfway into Labrador, I saw Ong running out already.... I almost wanted to turn back with him... Inside my mind, I told myself I can do it.. just one loop inside.. must recover my pace and breathing.. it's ok to be last but I must complete it! In the park, I saw Anthony doing his rounds and went ahead to join Colleen and Adam... I took a quick grasp of water at the water cooler and ran on... I took an effort to maintain my posture and found that it helped my breathing and increase my pace abit... I managed to closer the distance with Yean, Colleen, Anthony, Adam and Cm on the way out of Labrador... Once the greenman appears, all of us ran back towards the club.. I managed to recover some strength and ran back at a faster pace...

    New Route to Sentosa

Today quite a number of regulars have turned up and a new member, CJ... we will be running the new route to Sentosa which Ong and I recce last nite :) Ong gave a short briefly on the new route and the pace will be 6-7min/km.... It will be Club- TB Rise - Kampong Road- Sentosa(Gateway Ave-Artillery Ave-Allanbrooke-Beach Walk- Siloso Beach- Siloso Rd-Musical Fountain- Cinemania-Gateway Ave)-Kampong Rd-TB Rise-Club....

We started off promptly at 6.50pm... I was running at a comfortable pace and chatted with Yean along the way... Once we reached the departure center in Sentosa, Kumaran, Chin and Wee Haur eagerly sped up the slope ahead.... leaving the rest a distance behind... but the 3 of them had no choice but to wait at the junction for us to guide them the way.. Ong told them to slow down as today pace is slow.. 6-7min/km.. and Ong is persistent in maintaining that as promised in the training program... we stopped over for a short water break at the last toilet of Siloso beach, I din take any as I was feeling quite fresh and good so far.. once we reached the main road, Kumaran sped off in front.. and was called back to wait for the rest... i was somewhere in the middle of the group and felt that my pace was much faster as I also tried to guide them along.. once we reached the end of Siloso road, I ran ahead to guide the route through the musical fountain to cinemania.. and asked them to stop over at departure center to wait for the whole group...

I slowed down my pace on the return route back to the club.. hahah no more energy already.. all my bananas taken earlier have been burnt out.. so i ran in a slower pace to burn off my fats.. kekeke... Once back to club, Ong told me that the distance is 12.5km.. 2km more than yesdae... and the difference in timing is 7mins.....

    Recce Run in Sentosa

As to introduce new routes during our weekly evening runs, Ong had planned to recce the route in Sentosa so we can bring our club members there tomorrow.. we started at abt 7.15pm...

We slow jogged from Ong's place to the Gateway of Sentosa.. we flashed our Islander pass and ran in at the side of the 2 lanes bridge.. halfway up the bridge, Ong's polar watch beeped.. 2km.. we ran past the departure bus stop and all the way up the slope to a round about... turned left and ran along the down slope.... we were running a pace of 6min/km... quite a comfortable pace for me.. as i am able to talk as I run.. it's had been sometime since we came into Sentosa at nite.. still remember the 1st few dating yrs.. Sentosa is a frequent place we always came to in the evenings.. but of cos not run in.. this is the 1st time we actually ran into Sentosa at NITE.. haha Ong reminded me abt the old days.. alot of memories flashed back... haha i told him we shld start walking hand in hand instead of running now... of cos the answer is "NO NO".. haiz....

We turned right at the 1st junction and soon reached a upslope.. we ran up and came to the Botanical Spa.. and ran all the way towards Palawan Beach.. this is the same route we ran during the NB Trial run... instead of heading towards Tanjiong Beach, we turned right and ran along the pavement.. the area was quite well lit then i thought.. i regretted that I din came into Sentosa during my bdae... Ong planned to bring me there.. but I tot it was unsafe as Sentosa will be dimly lit and transport will also be a problem....

Soon we reached Siloso beach and can see Rasa Sentosa at the other end... we maintained quite a easy consistent pace and I din feel thristy nor any difficulty in my breathing.. we ran up to the main road.. Ong wanted to run into the trail as we did at the NB run.. but i suggested against it as it looked very very dark.. no lights at all... better to run along the road... there were alot of curves as we ran along the main road.. and I increased my pace without much panting.. soon we reached the musical fountain and a show just ended... we zig-zagged through a big group of tourists and ran towards the departure bus stop... we stopped for a bottle of 100 plus before heading back to Ong's place.

My 1st Mizuno Wave Run @ Kovan

It was 5:30am.. Ong and I have signed up for the Mizuno Wave run in August.. This is the 2nd time Mizuno is organising this event... We took some cereals and headed to Hougang Stadium for some warm-up.. Ong ran 1km in a relaxing pace to calibrate his new RS200sd... :) While we were waiting for Bus 112, we did some leg stretching at the bus stop... Just when Ong told me that maybe we could get a free ride from some runners driving by.. a car really stopped in front of us.. A lady in her running gear stepped out and enquired how to go to the start point.. this Japanese family have lost their way and we gladly guided them there.. :)

When we arrived Kovan Hub (previously Hougang Bus Interchange) at ard 7am, the place was buzzing with alot of runners.. we did our registration and dropped our lucky draw coupon.. I told Ong that Anthony will be meeting Sgrunners outside Mcdonalds.. we saw a numbers of runners but Anthony was no where in sight.. we went back to the start pt and saw Anthony and our new runner, Alan... soon the emcee announce the race will start soon..

Bang! the race started... as the runners squeezed thru the narrow start pt balloon... I got separated from Ong as I ran onto the pavement as the crowd was running on the road... I managed to catch sight of Ong as I ran towards the main road.. Ong checked his watch.. I was doing a pace of 4.55min/km.. he said slow down slow down.. I was still feeling quite ok.. maybe becos it is oni the 1st km.. when I passed Hougang Ave 7, my breathing was getting abit heavy and Ong asked me to slow down abit more... abt 5.1min/km.... we skipped the 1st water pt... the sun was out and it was quite hot.. I could feel the glare as I ran towards Old Tampines Road.. lucky i got my cap with me to shade off... soon we saw the 1st runner at the opposite side.... wow he was leading quite far away from the pack.... I started to feel breathless as I ran up the slope... i tried to recover my breathing at the down slope..... soon we reached the U-turn pt... we were stopped for the 1st time... we waited for awhile b4 we were allowed to proceed.. Ong asked me to run on as we passed the 2nd water pt.. he will help me to take some water.. i started to feel drain out and my pace was slower.. Ong caught up and passed me the water.. i took a sip and threw the cup away.. din knew tt he haven drank yet.. Alamak :-# he gave me a surprised look and said.. aiyo i haven drank.. i was quite guilty abt it.... then he spotted a snake laying near the drain... i was quite shagged at the time.. and dun have energy to look back... :p i started to slow down even more.. 6min/km... Ong told me nvm just run my pace.. i was quite worried at some pt tt I might collapse as i felt abit giddy and weak.... I keep reminding myself.. Cho Cho Li... Cho Cho Li.. Soon I passed the 7.5km mark and saw Kovan Melody from afar.. I told myself to hang on.. the end pt is very near.. We were stopped twice at the traffic junctions.. shortly after, we saw a runner collapse and some of his frens were helping him at the busstop.. 1 more km to go.. We past Kovan MRT, ran up the last slope and all the way to the finishing line... =)

Overall was a good shag out run for me.. my right feet din give me much problem today.. maybe due to the rest I had for the week as I only ran on Tuesday and cross trained on thursday.... Ong is satisfied with my timing.. he told me that at the U-turn pt my timing was 25mins... but i slowed down quite alot on the way back as I took about 32 mins... means must do more training... hahaha.... looking forward to the sheares bridge run next sunday .. but one thing for sure.. Ong said I can't run at that pace else I will be punctured halfway through the 21km... :">

    13km Weekly Run

After a long rest over the weekend, I went back to club today.. must do some mileage.. else wun be able to make it for the upcoming Mizuno and Sheares bridge... Today's route is Club-Portsdown-Dover-Canal-Commonwealth-Alexandra Rd-Depot Rd-Club.. 18km... But Ong advised against me for doing such a long distance as I am still recovering.. so I will do a 13km instead instead of turning left to Dover at the exit of Portsdown road, I will turn right towards Buona Vista Mrt and then commonwealth-Alexandra Rd-Depot Rd-Club...

I did feel a slight pain as I ran... slightly limping.. i tried to adjust my leg to minimise the pain as I ran.. i managed to locked my leg at a certain pt and get used to the pain as I ran.. Soon I lost sight of the front runners at Portsdown, Wong and Lee were just ahead of me.. they were also doing the shorter route.. At the exit of Portsdown, I started to feel abit breathless.. tho I am not running very fast.. but I seem to have problem catching my breathe.. I keep saying Cho Cho Li... Cho Cho Li... to myself.. Soon I reached the junction of Buona Vista and saw Melvin waiting for the traffic.. He asked Wong if this was the right way to go to Canal.. Wong told him to do 18km have to turn left instead of right out of Portsdown.. so he joined us to do a shorter route.. Lee was already far ahead from us.. At each traffic junction I stopped, I managed to gain back some energy and ran abit faster.. but after a certain distance, my energy level went low and I slowed down... before the shell station at alexandra road, we caught up with Lee.. he was walking towards the station for water pt... we skipped the water pt and ran towards Queensway Shopping center.. this was the pt whereby i really got the urge to take a bus back to club.. i bought ezlink card with me today in case I couldn't make it back to the club.. so told Wong felt like taking a bus back.. he said reaching liao.. will reach club very soon.. hahaha idea being rejected...

I kept thinking of the 100 plus at the vending machine... tt's was really a motivation to keep me gg.. halfway thru depot road.. i heard someone shouted for me.. i turned back and saw Uncle Chan.. he was gg home from work.. I told Wong at the start of the run we saw Auntie Chan.. at the end of the run, we saw Uncle Chan.. really very qiao =)
